SUP UP a 01 stock z120.. best way?

I need to SUP UP my kids stock 2001 Z120. It does the standard 8 mphs right now.. good for this year, but I need it run way faster for next winter.

Please give me some ideas, or links to good quality kits I can buy and install over the summer.
