Primary clutch torque ?

89 ftlbs....throttle/brake a few times on the stand and re-torque....the retorque is important as it does sometimes not fully seat the halves on the first torque.

How bout the washer. Are you suppose to replace the washer everytime?

If it has lost it's dome shape, yes. IMO it's not necessary EVERY time, I have rarely seen a need to replace and had no isues with bolts coming loose. If it's flat or almost flat, replace it.
