I have acquired a 162 skid from a 2010 m8 and am wanting to put it into a 2012 rmk. What's involved in the swap? What do I need to buy?

I don't think they are interchangeable - best bet is to call Timbersled directly.

What he said. Mounting distance center to center on the arms is going to be different as is the length of the arms. Call Allan or Jason and ask, but I think you'll be selling that one and shopping for a Poo specific one.
