I have purchased and ridden in thousands of dollars worth of klim gear over the years and this year sent in a few items I was having issues with. Klim repaired or replaced all the items in a very prompt and proffessional manner! They even called and reminded me to send items in that I had RA # 's for but had been too busy to mail. I am very impressed with KLIM!
