Within the next 2 days i plan on snow checking a 2012 but im torn between the 1100 turbo Limited and the M8. i do most of my riding in the Whistler Pemberton area and like to hill climb but also like to play around in the trees. if i were to get the 1100T i would get the 38" stance and vertical steering.

any help with this would be appreciated
thank you

Took the leap today and got a 1100T HCR on the way, can't pass up on the reliability and the option of high horse power on pump gas! I have an apex and 800xp at home the apex takes more effort to ride due to the weight but when it really comes down to it it's rider ability.

You will enjoy either one- But I went with the M8 cause of flickability-
I am done highmarking- beside re-sale should be better on the 8 cause generally you know what to expec with a throttle happy rider off a 1100T:face-icon-small-dis

Sounds like no matter which way you go it is going to be an awesome sled. I went M8 Sno Pro can't wait to ride dealer said they are suppose to be around 24 lbs lighter than show weight. Watch out PRO riders!!!

If they come in that light that would be sweet! Think both will be great! I have been on a turbo apex last few years and its a blast but a little tough in the trees:face-icon-small-dis Would like to ride the 1100 before I buy. The eight should be sweet as long as your not just bangin the big hills.:face-icon-small-coo

I'm also torn between the two. I sold my 011 Pro which I really liked, but I'm not brand loyal and I'm looking for more HP. Something about the new cats has sparked my interest. I'll probably snocheck the 4 stroke turbo today. Being a guinea pig, doesn't seem to ever bother me with these things. Lol

The 1100T is more purpose built for the straight poke hillclimb crowd IMO. I went with the 162 M8 SnoPro because I tend to stick more to the trees and stay off the big open faces as much as I can. If highmarking is your thing it's a no brainer, the M1100T with one of the upgrade kits would serve the purpose better than an M8. Clear as mud???:face-icon-small-hap

You can always add a turbo to the 8 later. Then you'll have the best of both worlds!

Thats what I tell myself anyways. :face-icon-small-hap

Snow checking a 153" M8 Sno Pro tomorrow and keeping the 2010 162" for deep powder days. Its going to be great to have a track length for any snow condition.

After riding a 162" for 2 years I feel for true flickeablity (word?) the 162" is too long. I miss that feeling of launching off every little terrain jump and the front end coming up easier but love how the 162" climbs anything. Wheres my 157"?

Contact silber, I think his kits are no where near that price and he has
Some all new tricks for next year that will make owning a turbo much more pull and go.
