Read on the HCR's the cooler ends just in front of where the rear suspension mounts and on the other m's such as the snopro the cooler runs the full length of the tunnel all the way to the back. Not sure but I think that might make up the weight differences

The 1100 is a great motor and HP wise responds awesome to mods, durability wise not so much, the Hijacker requires alot of supporting mods to be able to reliably pull 280 all day long. 210 and you can run it no issues. I am a polaris guy but this thing has me about to jump ship, have dealt with lots of Z1s and once dialed in with supporting mods are unbelievable, only thing you cant fix is the sound.

Thats where I'm at too........this turbo is looking really good after 3 yrs on turbo'd Yammi's. My cost would be cut in half compared to what I've put into each turbo Yamaha I've had
