ALL parts, no, but still the Most American of all the sleds out there.

Jugs, cases, made in a foudry in the U.S.

Most of the electronics are from over seas

Italy??? I have an 800 piston in front of me now and it has printed on the box
country of Origin: Austria

I have a new 2 ring piston, made in Italy. Also, I still have 2 of the single ring pistons in the box, made in Italy. All the pistons I have received were made in Italy.:boxing:

All Pistons And Monoblocks are made By Gilardoni in italy on 800 H.O Motor

All Pistons and Cylinders on old BigBlocks 7/800 are made by ElKO in Austria.

Throttle Body assembled in Mexico.

And most wiring and harness in Asia.

Sorry to disappoint you...

Disappointed? We are used to out sourcing of American companies. At least the money still goes to an American company.

The majority of the cylinders, heads, cranks, cases. Foundry in Ohio and/or Wisconsin is where they're cast.

Pipes stamped by FACTORY PIPE in California

Clutches, skis, body parts, made in U.S.A.

POLARIS is still the most American of the (4) manufacturers out there.

They are made in MN, just like Artic Cats. Sure some parts are from out of the country. However someone in the USA has a job because I just checked my first Polaris.

Take a trip up to Roseau, Minnesota and you'll see first hand. That small town pretty much revolves around manufacturing and assembling their machines. Not to mention several other contract companies that do work for Polaris in the surrounding area. Sure, a lot of parts are made somewhere else, but a lot of american families are supported entirely by the paychecks from Polaris. If it wasn't for Arctic Cat and Polaris (and people buying their stuff), Northern Minnesota would be an empty place.
