Ok heres my dilema. I currently have a 2008 Nytro with a 162. Stock rear skid. So do i A) turbo it and get a new rear skid B) give the 08 to the wife and buy a 2010 and boost it next year or C) hold off to see what 2011 brings.

I would go with A-100%

The new rear skid may be better then stock but it wont be better then an aftermarket skid.

Boost and shocks/skid.

A - turbo it and keep the rear skid, I did and it works great! Depends on the size of turbo you go to, I did the 180 and all I did was add a pair of Apex springs to the rear. There ain't an XP, Dragon or Cat that can touch it! Sherm

Yeah i was set on getting a Impulse PG kit but the more i think and debate the cost. Im really starting to look at the kit from ulmer. 11lbs of boost would put me in the 200hp range.

Go for the Ulmer Kit. I am running 11 psi. on pump gas and I can't believe the power it is amazing. I am running a 08 with 2010 Cat air 153 with 9 in. wheels 162 track bolt in all for $1000. Watch for this combo. saves 27lbs over stock 153. Brad
