So why do I get a message saying I'm banned from SW half the time when I try to access the site? A little glitch in the software? Or picking up cookies from the "other site" and they denying access? What's up?

Your account appears to be clean on this end.
But you never can tell about other places you hang out on the internet.
If you were banned, you would never be able to log in with a banned account. Its not a sometimes yes, sometimes no situation.
