Looks like a good product. Can you confirm that the eliminator fits the 509 goggles? Also, if I decided to get some Habervision eliminator goggles, which ones work the best with which lens. Mainly for low light situations.

Hi Reed

Sorry it has taken us a bit to respond. The following is a list of goggles that we know the eliminator will or won't fit into and some fitting tips. We don't have any 509's listed, that doesn't mean it won't fit it just means we haven't tested it yet. Habervision has an excellent return policy, you can order them, try them on your goggles and if they don't fit call Haber and they will refund you. I could also measure the Eliminator out and give you the dimensions if you like and that would give you a pretty good idea if it would work. Anyways here is the list:

Oakley®
•Crowbar
•O-Frame single lens
•O-Frame double lens (Remove lens first, install Eliminator, re-install lens)
• L-Frame
• Proven
• A-Frame (Will not fit. Interference with design elements on top of goggle)

Spy®
• Alloy
• Targa

Fox®
• Main

Scott®
• 80’s
• Voltage X
• Storm OTG

Marker®
• Striker Bolle®
• Chrono (Old Style) (Remove lens first, install Eliminator, re-install lens)
• Chrono Swat
• Futur
• Skullet (Remove lens first, install Eliminator, re-install lens)

Smith®
• Caribo
• Knowledge
• Io (will not fit)
• Phenom (Must offset left or right of center)
• Scope

Thor®
• Hero
• Enemy
• Bomber

As far as light conditions go, all of Habervisions winter goggles come with either a vermillion tint or optical orange tint. Reds and vermillions tend to provide the best contrast in low light conditions. It also preserves your night vision by preventing the bleaching of “rhodopsin” a pigment located amongst the rods and cones on your retina. Another broad spectrum color is the optic orange, this color balances a need for low light perception and bright light glare blocking. Haber mates a high contrast orange color with Tri-Oxide™ rainbow blue flash coatings and polarization to produce a lens with a broad performance spectrum. Optic Orange™ delivers unbelievable performance in flat light or bright light.

Another point to note is that all of the winter goggles with the exception of the MXT's are polarized which helps tremendously with giving you a sharper picture in all light situations.

Hope this helps, if you have any more questions please do not hesitate to ask!
