I ride with a guy that has a set on a non VES 800 Polaris. Noisy as hell be he can't hear anyway. Newer ones may not be that way. Good power.

I used to have a set, good power gains on the non ves 800 but unbearably loud especially when i would fire it up in the trailer damn near went deaf !
Had a set of chrome ones on my '01 mod and currently have a set of bare ones on my wife's '01. Loved both sets, the chrome ones looked really cool with a mesh hood too. But as stated above they are very loud but have a great sound. Love to hear 'em echo across the canyon walls.

I have a set of chrome twins on my 01. I wouldn't suggest running them without a mesh hood. They get really hot and you'll notice the power loss on longer pulls. Other than that, louder than helll, but well worth running.

???? I have a set of bare twin ones that i bought last year and wanted to know what jets and clutching weights to run for my 01 rmk 800. any info ?
