There is only one out there.I think it went to Rick Ward at polaris.Never did hear what happened to it. We never continued to build them because there were just to many issues with the 900 bottom end.

I know Struthers made a pretty good 1140.I heard it ran pretty well.

I am running a Highmark 1140 which is a crank shop kit for a 900 rmk. the 1140 is a monster with a lot of torque.by the end of the day you know you have been riding that kit from the way your shoulders are wore out. If that is a true 1140 for 2 cyilders and not a 1140 3 cylinder.

That is the only Union bay 1140 I have seen out there. There may be more of them out there I wont be much help. The 1140 I am running runs very well and is all stock on the bottom end. What do you have to lose put it on there and run it. Put a boondocker controler on there to tune it in.Good luck

You buy that in Puyallup? I was looking at one just like it there last year.

no I didn't. I don't have a 900 so it does me know good, I will give anyone a good deal on this. you will need to get pistons and pipes. I would think you could get pistons from one of the other companies that make a 1140 kit. you would get 2 sets of sleeves and a few head covers. I could even find out how much doug ruth would charge to port it.

you will need to have some engine knowledge to run this, you will need some port work and stuff. but for the price I will sell it for it would be worth it.. I just need to find someone who wants to give me there 900 for really cheap and I would get it done

it needs, pipes, pistons, porting and the sleeves installed in the cylinders. and gaskets and seals. that is pretty much it. not a whole lot considering what you are getting for the price.
