I know there are people that have done this, but my question is if I get this done is there anything else that needs to be applied...no other modification. I just figure the price its a easy way to lose some weight in the front of the sled. This would be all done with the stock pipe by the way. Thanks Jack:beer;

Jack,
Yes its worth it to get the stock pipe ceramic coated..would consider doing your Y-pipe as well..

it will help keep the heat in the pipe so you can remove your stock heat shield on your pipe and shed a few pounds...

same deal SLP does with their pipes...of coarse its not as light as an aftermarket pipe, but still better...Krat did this to his 900 and it came out very nice...

no other modification is needed to do this..

answer your ??...
