Any reason to put a larger rear cooler on an M8T? The crossifre one looks about twice as large and a pretty cheap upgrade.

I ran one all last season on m8 with the stock cooler and scratchers and didn't have a problem. It sure wouldn't hurt to upgrade for those marginal days. Ran 12-13 psi of boost. They sure did make them smaller for 2009 didn't they.

I'm running a turbo on my 2005 bigbore m8 and it has a lot smaller cooler, with no issues.

I have heard they cool better when you ride them on thier tail all day !
we rode till june 21 this year, no scratchers, never a temp light. I was always thinking it was going to be an issue, kept telling her to check, figured she might be missing it, but never saw a light when I rode it either.

A few Cooke rides in some good hot spring temps with D8 and M8 on boost had the scratchers down on the way in and out and up the rest of the day with 0 issues even on the long pulls.
