Used sled lift. Kind of dusty but works great. Hand crank but could easilly be retrofitted with hydraulic or electric. When fully raised the front is approx 30" high and the rear is approx 32.5". Located in Post Falls Idaho.

It's just under 100lbs and is pretty big (approx 72"x26"10")....I checked UPS and Fedex and both were around $110. I then checked a couple truck freight companies but they were even a little higher. It seems a little steep but thats what I've found from 83854. If you have any other ideas let me know.
