Today I got my beacon out of the basement to replace the batteries for our trip to Colorado in a few weeks. Pulled it out of the carrying sleave and the on/off switch literally fell off. Being that I am from Wisconsin i usually use it on about three trips a year for a total of six trips. I am wondering how well BCA is when it comes to warranty repairs? Do they have a quick turn-around time? I am heading out to Colorado in a couple weeks. Any feedback is appreciated.

They are very good and will most likely just do an exchange. Call em ASAP

thanks for the reply. Tried to call yesterday but they werent open so I will call right away Monday

I had one do the same thing. I sent it back they sent a new one right away.
