Well it's happened before and this is now one time too many.
The server goes down and the ISP guy can't be found and leaves about a dozen clients stranded without a website or e-mail.
Absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable.
I have not disappeared, only my server guy has.

*Now something I just found out is that you should never allow the hosting company to be named as the Administrative and technical contact of your domain name (s) as it complicates matters when you want to jump ship and smoothly move to another host.
