hello
I am trying to get a very clean 1990 arctic cat lynx running But it has been sitting for a few years we have gone through the carb fuel pump and it has a good hot spark But it starts hard and doesn't seem to want to run very long... any Ideas I am at wits end

any help would be great!

Simple things that might have been missed.

change fuel filter.

Change fuel lines (small cracks and pin holes play havoc)

Compression? Just because the sled looks like new doesn't mean that it has a good engine in it.

You said you cleaned the carbs. are you needles right and is the carbs in sync?

Just a few thoughts off of my head before you really get in to the money.

yup changed all the above but my compression seems low 65 pounds on one and 60 on the other.....
