Best tunnel rack?

I have one from Vortech Manufacturing and really like it. This one is actually the one i kept off my 07 d7, so it is for a 155 but i just notched it out to go around the seat support. So this one is a little longer than it would normally be for the 146.

what did you put down on the tunnel to keep stuff from slipping and to keep stuff from scratching the tunnel? something that isn't affected by the heat from the coolers??

bought some kind of sticky foam, from home hardware, got 137 miles on doesn't seem to bother.

Vortech also makes a nice LED tail light for these racks!! Pretty clean!!

got a couple vortech racks for sale, one 155 and one 144. pm if interested....

Been very happy with the Vorteck Rack on our 07 D7.
I used these "Grippers" from the hardware store to glue to the bottom of the jugs/gear. Used thinner to get the jugs good & clean. Protected the tunnel and gas jugs.
I also did this set up last year with a QRS jug and a Polaris shovel bag. Liked it too. Good luck. EW

You could always run to your dealer and see if you can get the straps that come withe sleds while they are in the crate. They should just give them to you for free. I have been using them for a few years now and they work great.
