go hyvo gears and chain and don't look back. i killed one last year 10 miles in with 40" of pow. the chain was new on the summer and only had 700 miles on it. the hyvo gears are twice the quality.

76 FOMOCO, I was looking at the chains and sprockets, But got all fouled-up! I was figuring I would need a 15 wide upper and 13 wide lower sprockets, With a 15 wide chain? But it had only 13 splined upper and I don't know what lower besides the 15 splines! The chain only comes in 3/4 wide? Are the sprockets equilivent to that without a width listing? I was wondering if the 3/4 wide chain is equivelent in width to the 15 wide factory chain? Looking for 20 top and 45 or 46 bottom with what chain pitch?

Thanks
Mike

i'm running about the same gears and just order it in the 3/4 wide (all of it) you can get it wider but was just for racing and way more $$$ so stick to the 3/4.

Call Curt at Fastrax in Puyallup. He can set you up, I had the same dilemma last year. I went 3/4 hyvo, we'll see how it lasts. -00's

Thanks, I was in the assumption that the 3/4 wide was it. I just got confused as others on here last yr. were saying to run a 13 wide lower gear, But I see that is a silent chain setup.
