October 2019 Feature

The KLIM legacy of high performance snowmobile shells continues with their redesigned PowerXross Pullover and Pant, and the all-new PowerXross Jacket, bringing a new level of mobility and streamlined function to this sled season.

Crowned with the phrase, “maximum minimalism,” the KLIM PowerXross series of waterproof outerwear is engineered to offer key functionality without any added bulk. KLIM developed this gear to give mountain riders the lowest bulk possible in a jacket-pant combo.

Zippered vents introduce added airflow when needed, and the breathable GORE-TEX shell allows for moisture from your body to escape – this avoids that stuffy plastic bag feeling caused by inferior waterproof materials.

New for the 2019-2020 season, KLIM’s PowerXross Jacket offers slightly more ventilation and more storage space than the PowerXross pullover. Various adjustment features help keep snow out and a relaxed fit allows for excellent range of motion. While the jacket has a low profile adjustable collar, the pullover has a roll-away waterproof hood.

The redesigned PowerXross Pullover features improved front and side zippers to make entry easier. It is essentially a waterproof hoodie, making it an excellent minimalist winter shell with good weather protection.

Rounding out the PowerXross lineup are the newly redesigned pants. Featuring overlays in the knees and lower leg for durability against the sled and KLIM’s exclusive Seat Dry Technology, they’re equipped for mountain riding. A set of non-slip adjustable suspenders and belt loops help keep the pants where you need them.

PowerXross gear is ideal for the mountain rider who needs the lightest, most streamlined outerwear that still protects them from the elements.
