G-ForceC12 CVT Belt

Gates Corporation has introduced the Gates G-Force C12 continuously variable transmission (CVT) belt, the market’s first carbon tensile cord CVT belt. Engineered for drop-in performance, the newest addition to the high-performing G-Force CVT belt line features superior strength, flexibility and durability for today’s recreational and utility all-terrain equipment.

As the first CVT belt to utilize a carbon tensile cord, the Gates G-Force C12 belt combines minimal stretch and extraordinary strength. The cords are bonded to a specially-formulated adhesion gum with aramid fiber-loaded rubber, which results in increased side-load resistance and prevents belt distortion and edge cord pullout. All this produces more consistent shifting performance, faster acceleration and improved throttle response that comes from a CVT leveraging this advanced technology.

The belt also uses high-performance neoprene, which features a trapezoidal top-notch and rounded bottom cog design to maximize heat control and flexibility.

Neo Avalanche Beacon

The Neo avalanche beacon from Arva Snow Safety Equipment is a perfect balance of power and design, is simple and intuitive, and is built for a wide variety of users. The Neo’s new Isotech technology enables stronger performance on searching antennas, resulting in a more effective search bandwidth, the largest on the market at 60 meters. The ISPO award-winning beacon also has an easy-to-use marking function for multiple victims and an innovative auto-revert in case a secondary avalanche were to strike during a search.

Arva believes it has struck a special balance in the Neo—not too complicated or out of the price range of the average snowmobiler or skier, yet advanced and intuitive enough to provide peace of mind in the mountains.

Big Chute Black Series Edition Suspension

The upgraded Big Chute Edition mountain suspension system has been specifically designed and tuned for higher-horsepower sleds to help properly control power for optimal straight-line speed, hillclimbing traction, technical riding while boondocking or sucking up the bumps on a whooped out trail.

The Big Chute Edition suspension system was developed specifically for Evolution Powersports’ high-powered mountain sleds.

The Big Chute Black Series Edition turn-key suspension skid includes Evolution/KMOD-specific aluminum rails with hifax and matte black finish, an anti-stab kit, billet aluminum cross shafts, upper idler wheels, ice scratchers, front and rear arms with grease fittings, Raptor 20 position compression clicker premium shocks with multi-rate springs, billet aluminum shock cross shafts and limiter straps. A four-position billet aluminum ultra-quick change coupling block assembly with a special Big Chute setting provides the ultimate in hillclimb control. The system also includes a billet aluminum two-wheel axle with eight-inch tri-hub axle wheels and Delrin bushings used throughout.

Ride-TekShredderJacket

The Shredder Jacket from Ride-Tek is 100 percent Taslan, meaning the materials in the polyamide fibers are altered through differing applications. This makes the fibers softer while retaining their resistance to wind and water. The shell and zip-out liner are both waterproof, windproof and moisture-wicking and fully ventilated.

Heat treated water-resistant zippers and security stitching add seam and pull point strength for added quality. The adjustable neckline and waistline make for added comfort, while the magnetized pocket flaps ensure secure close.

The shell material is melded to Ride-Tek’s Weather-Tek membrane, forming a permanent bond. Zipper close cuffs with hand gators ensure a great seal around a rider’s glove and a 3M Scotchlite reflective bead adds extra safety.

Power Commander V E-Tec

The PCV E-Tec is now available for 2010-13 Ski Doo 800 E-Tec naturally aspirated applications. Similar to the standard PCV, it directly controls the factory fuel injection system without adding injectors or spoof sensors, allowing you to make fuel adjustments. These changes are necessary when modifying the exhaust, intake or engine.

The PCV E-Tec allows proper fueling for exhaust, intake or engine modifications and gives riders direct control over the factory fuel injection system. The weather-resistant unit also features an updateable USB and 10 throttle position columns in its fuel map. An LCD accessory is available for data logging and fuel map sending, as well as a map switch accessory that gives riders the ability to store two separate maps that can be switched on the fly. The plug-and-play connections mean no tapping wires to install the system.

Vertical Pro Jacket

FXR’s Vertical Pro softshell jacket has developed into a world-class mountain jacket. Its powder soft, lightweight shell is durable, flexible and coated with ACMT HydrX Pro laminate. The latter utilizes two HydrX Pro waterproof/breathable layers to eliminate condensation and frosting from its advanced moisture-wicking and air exchange properties, which are enhanced when chest and radial Dry Vents are open. The Vertical Pro also features a removable Thermal Flex insulated lining, which turns the jacket from a powerful heater into a highly breathable shell that’s perfect for warm days at high elevation.

Float 3 EVOL RC2 Shocks

Fox has just unveiled its latest lineup of shocks: Float 3. That lineup includes the Float 3 EVOL RC2. With the first-ever double backflip on a snowmobile, world record distance jump and other milestone victories, the Float 3 EVOL RC2 has definitely earned some bragging rights.

With external adjustments like dual speed compression, wide range rebound and dual air spring, as well as the EVOL and main air chambers independently controlling ride height, roll control and bottom-out, the Float 3 EVOL RC2 can take anything and everything you can throw at it.

These front ski air spring shocks are designed for trail, crossover and mountain snowmobiles. They weigh 4.4 lbs. at 17.6 inches. An external rebound adjustment knob allows the rider to tune the rate the shock returns after compression in order to optimize control in all conditions. A DSC allows adjustments to the shock’s high- and low-speed compression damping by simply turning the external adjusters.

A new high-flow, high- and low-speed compression adjuster offers an increased adjuster range.

The EVOL air chamber offers an adjustable spring rate in the final portion of the stroke to control bottom-out events. Riders can fine-tune ski lift, tip over and turning capabilities with the RC2’s infinitely adjustable spring rate. The infinitely adjustable main air chamber provides a progressive spring rate and significant weight savings. Higher internal air pressure makes for better roll resistance on corners. These shocks shed up to 6 lbs. off your sled when replacing coil spring shocks.

Aerospace-grade Teflon-lined spherical bearings maximize the RC2’sdurability. An anodized internal floating piston (IFP) and bearing housing prevent oil contamination and boost seal durability and lifespan. These shocks also include 6061-T6 aluminum piggyback body caps, bodies, air sleeves and reservoirs.

The Samurai sealing system is specifically designed from a special low-temperature, highly durable material that scrapes away snow, ice and debris while keeping the seals lubricated for minimal friction.

The Fox Float 3 EVOL RC2 shock retails for $1,595.

Billet Steering Blocks

These billet steering blocks replace the wear-prone plastic OEM blocks on Polaris steering shafts.

Machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, and featuring "super oilite" bushings, these blocks will probably last longer than your sled and the best part is, you never have to lube them. Two are required for the main steering post.
