Zbroz has designed and built a new lower steering post to
help improve the steering on Arctic Cat HCR and M Sno Pro sleds.
This lower steering post replaces the stock lower post, adding
a huge increase in steering radius. Both the HCR and Sno Pro models do not
steer sharp enough for good cornering and counter steering when sidehilling.
The new lower post has been tested by Zbroz Racing’s crew and Bret Rasmussen so
you know this is a must item for these machines.
This post fixes the steering issue on these Cats without
adding any significant steering effort. The post installs simply in about 30
minutes or less for a first timer. It is powdercoated glossy black to match
stock hardware and looks good for a long time.
Note that this post causes the spindle to turn sharper,
requiring you to grind your spindle to allow it to turn more fully. This can be
done with a simple hand grinder without removing the spindle. Also coming soon is
a new upper post allowing you to shorten the bar position from stock and rock
the bars forward and backward.
