Thumb warmer stop working 13 nytro

The thumb warmer just stop working this ride and my thumb was cold. Any idea what the issue might be or what to check for? All wires look intact..

Would this be a covered warranty issue? Hate to have to load it up for such an basic issue but u sure notice when its not working lol..

strange should be a code if unplugged or broken wire,did you try to change temp up & down a few times.
