Goofy speedo readings - 2005 M7

2005 M7.

Noticed on last ride that speedometer will jump around, from 0 to 30 then back to 0 for a second then back to 40 or whatever, then back to 0 for a few seconds, etc, etc.

Is this a bad speed sensor on the Diamond Drive?

Yes, bad speedo sensor (or connection somewhere, but likely the sensor).

About $15.

Have to change one out myself....
