Convert 3 inch track to 2.6 or 2.75

When I trimmed my 3.2 track, I bought a cheap electric knife and an 18" long x 2" wide x 1/8" thick flat steel. Measure down to the depth you want to cut off. Then clamp the flat steel to the paddles. Cut the paddles using some WD40. Works extremely well.

What tool did you use to trim the lugs Tony?

I use a multi tool with a flat scraper, sharpened it up and makes fast work out of it.

Reset for strap weight already.

47.8 pounds.

Punched out alpha track fully clipped weighs in at 48lbs 5oz. Will be fun to try. Won't do it again though. Haha
