Ac power 2012 sba

I have a second set of bars that have heated grips i bought from toastytot handlebars. It will blow my 2 amp fuse when connected to the dc power under hood by lights on high setting, not on low though. Can i just hook them up to the ac accessory power in the velcro bag by steering post for a heated visor. Prbly draws 3 amps is my guess.

It is ac power. Its a brown and yellow wire. Someone had it connected to a heated visor plug before me. I ended up hooking up the heated grips and put a 5 amp fuse on it. No issues yet
