What are people using for the insulation between the actual exhaust pipe and the tin shield around it? The fiberglass? on mine has pounded out and the tin is just rattling around on the pipe.

The best thing to do is to pull the heat shield off and get it ceramic coated if your live close to a shop that does it.

I have ordered some koa wool hi temp insulation from amazon. Sounds like the stuff originally used.
