I have been saving and selling stuff to build a sled for the Alaska back country, this sled is being build By Curt at FASTRAX/UNION BAY in puyallup Washington and it will be in the snow expo this Oct 16th-18th.
I stareted with a new 2009 700 RMK, It will have HM turbo and 174.
The platform new and ready to dismantel

FTX rolled chain case kit

Roll kit with shafts in

M-10 mounting brackets

174x2.5 track going in

The power plant with UBR/FTX turbo head and tourque arm

The last picture is of a custom plate to hold the boots together when I turn up the boost.

The motor back in, roll kit in, track back in, suspention backets in, YEE HAW


Curt will be building a custom tunnel extention and this is the start of a cooler extention to go with it.


this is just the start and I will post more pics and info as I get it.

Very very nice. Once its all done and tallied up, I wouldn't mind hearing the bottom line on it. Also would love to hear from you after you get a few miles on it on anything you would have liked to do different....

This will come up to AK for play riding, after putting some seat time on Curts turbo last year I had to do it, can't wait.

He'll be bring it up once we have ridable snow up here. Meanwhile Fastrax gets to show it off down there for a while since they built it.

The only way he can hang with me in the snow is to get a turbo! We will see how this season goes. If my gut gets any bigger, I will need a 1200 turbo.

He bought the sled down there, alittle better deal down there. Curt @Fastrax Motorsports is an old buddy that is from Kenai/Soldotna. He left here 6or7 years ago and started his own shop. His attention to detail in his fab work is second to none and the turbo kits he has are the best boondocking set-ups you can get.
