Heres a couple pics.. Lots of late nites out in the shop lately to get r dun for the first ride, not much snow but sled ran awesome...
Powderlites Stg II a big thanks to Dave and Darren for all the Tech support etc!! Awesome kit fit and finish are excellent!!
Also Cr and Ice age rushed me alot of parts so I could get r to the hills..

Heres a few more... A couple of the Coolant bottle and hose routing for guys that were asking,, got bottle and hoses from Chad,, you also need to reduce hose on clutch side from the 1" to 3/4" hose..

I put some clear 3M on the sides for for now as I have some tunnel side stiffners to go on.. Good thing I put the 3M on first ride I had alot of boot marks etc..

I just did a tunnel dump and made my own block off etc around air filter.. Sounds good not too loud, ran dump just on top of track hopefully I wont have any restriction issues in deep snow..

Nice...got a flange from Dave (PL) and will be making a tunnel dump - divorced 'downpipe'...same as Dave's setup but dumping forward...Fastrax should have them available from there onward...(proto)...just need Dave to finish up the 3bar basemap...:beer;

Your sled looks great. I bought some M10 plates and riveted them on the sides of our CR tunnels to protect them from boot cleats etc. Almost finished, pics soon.
