95" Enticer 410 Cold Start Issues

My trusty Enticer 410 has all the sudden become very hard to start up when cold and when I say cold I'm referring to around -5 -10 C.

Even after being stored it has always fired up within two to three pulls and ran fine. Now I have to give it a shot of starting fluid but once warm it fires up on the first pull.

I have tried the following:

• Drained and changed the fuel and filter
• changed the plugs
• Cleaned the Carb
• Spark seems to be okay but...

Not sure where to go from here? Thinking of replacing the Coil but wanted to check here first for some addition ideas.
