I have a 2015 660 Pro with a TKI gear down kit on it. This is my first belt driven sled. What kind of miles can I expect out of the drive belt before I need to replace it?
Thanks

I asked Tom at TKI what there belt life was , and he told me he had sleds with 4000 miles and still going. Also had turboed sleds with over 2300 miles on them. Depends on the rider. I only have 600 miles on mine , still looks great! :face-icon-small-coo

I have a TKI drive belt system on my 13 pro 800 geared down to 2.42 with over 2600 miles on it and the belt looks brand new. You shouldn't have any problems with the belt unless you do something to screw it up. Tom makes an exceptional product.

I saw here on SW that doing a lot of jumps is hard on them. My kids went out around 1500 miles. But he puts the sled through the wringer. I haven't had any problem with mine. But the only time I jump is when someone yells free beer!:beer;

I am almost 57 years old so most of my jumping days are gone. If I jump now it is usually some kind of mistake. Mostly tree riding and a few smaller hills. Love to boondock. I do jump when somebody mentions beer also. Beer and sleds are my only vices.
