I did a few years back. It was awesome because the snow was awesome. The only thing was, all the trail markers had been pulled, and we had only been there once. It made it a bit interesting at times, but I just used my GPS when I had to.

You'll have to go all the way up ( Divide ) and be careful...
We chickened out and rode locally. Still good (rideable) snow above 8000ft. Maybe next week
