I have a turboed 2007 m8 that has an elusive coolant leak into the motor. I've replaced the head gaskets and base gaskets, but it continues to leak about 16 ounces per ride through the motor. Does anyone have an idea what it might be? Any help is much appreciated.

I dont think the motor would live to long eating coolant.

When I pull the pipe I can see a tan color in the y-pipe and moisture. I have no antifreeze leaking in the belly pan, tunnel cooler or anywhere else. I replaced the head gaskets first, and it still leaked. Then I did the base gaskets and head gaskets and still leaking.
I had a seal or bearing go out of the water pump impeller and it was leaking into the motor, this was leaking at a fast rate though.
I just replaced the water pump seals also.
The oil and the mechanical seal ?
I guess the last effort might be putting pressure to it
Its the water pump seal. Time to replace it and the impeller while your there. These sleds are know for this issue.
