can't find old post on adjusting oiler , I know I've seen one. have '06 m7 ,slp twins, reeds, bd box, ride 3000'-6500'. oil light comes on after burning about 14-15 gals. of fuel, Iknow the best way is to measure out oil to fuel ratio, but seems alittle rich to me. just wanted to know if Icould turn the linkage '' out'' ? a turn or two safely

I went 5 turns on mine and the wifes, brought it to 45:1
was 25:1

Thanks Elkhorn, I'll try that. I usually put on about 35 mi. or so on a ride, add about 6-7 gal. next ride and at the end of second ride lite is coming on, gotta be running rich.

Is's a pain but the right way to do it is to pull the pipe off and get a mirior and put it in between the carbs and hold it wide open and line up the marks unless the marks are off from the factory?
