RMK std. Came with scratchers installed FYI. Also happy to see the std came with wavy brake rotor. If anyone has any detailed picture requests I'm happy to post em up.

Sled looks great! Are those the low bars? They look to be a darker silver than the high bars.
Can't wait for my matte black and orange to show up!!

Not Always the case though right? Weren't the brakes and running boards different on previous models?

i'm new to polaris but i think you are correct. these new standards have more PRO stuff on them. seems like the old standard had regular boards, different steering stem/bars etc.. stuff like that. I'm sure someone more up on rmks will chime in. I'm coming from doo so i'm still figuring out the whole model hierarchy and their differences. But this does bring up a good point as this is one of the big reasons i jumped ship.

They are the low bars. I'm 5'10 and they fit me perfect.

I had a '11 RMK std before this sled. It definitely was bare bones compared to the PRO. The '13 and newer RMKs did have the better running boards, seat, etc. Unless you spring order you still get the steel handlebars, T-Top post, crappy brake cylinder/switches, RydeFX shocks, etc. Believe it or not, I far preferred the std RMK handlebars/rise/post to the old tall Pro Tapers. The bend and height was perfect for me.

With the snowcheck incentives this year, the std RMK is a no brainer.

Glad to see the white tunnel it looks good I went with the white tunnel, and white side panels but with orange accents. I wish I could have gotten the white hood thou. I almost went with the red for that reason. Post up some complete pics when u get it I bet it will look killer.

Am I mistaken? I thought our RMK non-Pro sleds were to come with steel lower A-arms not the glued carbon fiber.
