Polaris Axys 2016 Boondocker X problem

I was riding at 11,000 feet today and the air-box became separated from the auto body, i believe the box blew off as it happened at full throttle up a small hill. The sled went into limp mode until i discovered, the problem. once i reattached the hose clamps and the air box back to the throttle body the sled ran perfectly except for one thing, I lost 95% of my boost. The sled ran like a perfectly tuned stock sled but with no boost. Any idea as to what the problem is? Could the loss of pressure in the air box tripped a sensor in the boondocker computer?

Make sure you have no leaks. Check for cracks in the box and make sure you have it on tight/sealed.
