05 m7 handlebar removal?

Handle bars are bent a little on an m7 I bought and I need to straighten it. It looks like a pain in the *** with the hand warmers and all. Can I remove the hand warmers without damaging them and could I just heat the bars with a torch and bend it back or should I try to find new ones some where?

Removing the hand warmers to re-use is doable but it's a huge pain in the ***! Worth a try though cause Cat wants an arm and a leg for them. As far as straightening bars, its also probably doable but I've never attempted it. I've always just replaced them.

If the bars are bent down, just put one foot on the spindle and the other foot on the foot rail and use both hands and lift the bar till its straight.

Couldn't I just use aftermarket warmers they are only like 40 bucks I think? And where is the best site to order sled parts?
