Did I miss something or have you been able to buy these readily for some time now? Also does this really only fit on 03-06 clutches? I know the clutch bolt went to metric thread in 2010, but did the spider threads as well?

2010 and newer have metric threads. Spider and clutch.

These spiders you have listed have been available since 1999.

and 0746-118 will work too. I have a 115 i will sell new for 150 shipped.

The 0746-118 is for the 1999 and older clutches and the 115 works for the newer SAE 2000-2009 clutches. Clearances are a bit different.
