09 M8 Sno Pro Main Wiring Harness

I have a 09 M8 Sno Pro that has become a backup sled over the years.
I have noticed that I have an intermittent connection in the main wiring
harness that feeds into the ECM. This cuts out one cylinder until i move
harness and get it to make contact again. Trying to find a bad wire that is intermittent is not my cup of tea!

It may run fine for 10 miles then decide to loose contact. Get it to run
and may run again for any unspecified time.

I have been told that there was a problem with the main harness in 09.

My question is has any one else ran into this problem or am i one of the
few ? A New Harness is very expensive to guess on.

Frostbite, Thats the exact same feeling I have. You think you have it
fixed and go ride, runs fine all day then decides to take a dump.

I have seen used harnesses for sale but makes you wonder if they may
have had the same experience as I.
Huge difference in price comparing used / new price. So is the gamble.

New Harness on order

Well after numerous attempts to find the broken or loose connection in the
main harness, I gave up and ordered a new harness. Not worth the risk
or possibility of failure while riding. Thanks for any input and comments
on my problem. RickM
