09 m1000 complete overhaul

Okay guys so i bought a 09 m1k that had a bad lower rod bearing. So i completely rebuilt it bottom to top. shaved the head 10k servicing the diamond drive. Is there anything maintence stuff i should be looking at that is not obvious? sled has 2800 and change. I will give a quick list of new parts. Also any advice for setups that worked in elevations 3000-8500 would be appreciated.

*reman crank
*cat pistons and rings
*bdx oil delete
*new motor mounts
*added the m7 bump stop for the mag side
*Rtk secondary not new but newer the guy i bought it from had just put it on.
* Primary had new wieghts and spring

d&d pipe set

I am not sure how i missed adding it but i do have a D&D head pipe,pipe and can.
