M series hydraulic brake onto Polaris

The Wilwood reservoir looks interesting since I am trying to upgrade the brakes on an older Polaris for my kids sled.

Are the brake hose connections interchangeable?

I thought the M-series master cylinder was a Hayes like the IQR? I could be wrong but the ones I have seen for sale are visually identical. As for the Wilwood master cylinders that both used in the '90's; Arctic Cat version is a different thread than the Polaris but they have adapters for that. Wahl Broz should be a good source for them still.
