At 4,600 miles, I notice that the running board has finally succumbed to my massive bulk. Any idea how I can repair this? I already have another sled snowchecked and I only need to limp by for a week or so more...

I would weld her up and keep going... If you don't have a welding shop near by perhaps you could rivet a small plate on to get you by.

I fixed mine with airframes.

Just ride it.I rode mine for a season with a couple of those cracked on each side before replacing the running boards with updated Burant boards available at your dealer.

weld it and or rivet another piece of aluminum spanning the crack

What he said! I replaced the stock boards with the Burandt HD's on my '12 PRO....best upgrade available, IMO.
