2012 Assault RMK 155 BD Turbo-Keith Curtis’ personal hillclimb turbo sled in 2012 season.
This sled was purchased from him with 300 miles on it. It is currently set-up on 50/50 race and pump gas mix running 8 lbs of boost at sea level.
This is a one of a kind sled with Boondocker Turbo that was what Keith Curtis owned/rode and took to the top in Jackson Hole in 2012. It was tuned and dialed into perfection by Jared Sessions, with a lot of extra trick goodies that didn’t come on normal BD kits including Intercooler with built in fan. The sled ran and has always ran flawless for me and around 1400 miles(last season) we decided to upgrade the turbo and complete system to the 2015 specs including: GTX2863 turbo, new updated BD box w/EBC and Altitude boost compensation, Pro-Tial Stainless exhaust system($1000.00). To build this exact same current kit on BD website cost is $7800 with install, this kit has only one season and 400 miles. Also at 1400 miles(last season) we went through the complete sled and rebuilt EZ-Ryde(shocks and bushings), rebuilt Raptor front shocks(Jake did full service with new oil and seals), and replaced top end(which original ones looked brand new and included with sale). All work since I have owned has been professionally performed by Rob Kroll at RK Service in Howard City, MI(30 year experienced hi-performance mechanic/tuner).
