Looking to change out the stock 136 x nothing stock track on my grandkids 1991 Phaser. Still staying with the 136 track. Have a free track of a 1993 Polairs XLT that has 1-1/2" lugs. This is the stock track and searching I have found that its a 133 not 136 . Will the track work or am I better off going to a different track? What would be so tracks that work? Thanks for any help.

I think that would be a tight fit.

I never owned one, but ran with guys that had the Phazer II's back in the day. I thought a 1.25" lug was about as large as you could go. Maybe that is all that was available at that time.

If you have the track, there isn't any harm in trying it as I think it may end up working if you have clearance around the drivers for the 1.5" lug height.

you cannot put a 133 on the 136 rails. 1.5" is too tall in my experience with your stock 8t drivers. no room for snow evacuation. any wet heavy snow and you will plug up. works well with 7t if you can find them plus that gives you a gear reduction and that a big bonus on the phazers.

I had the same sled once upon a time. You can use a Polaris 136 x 1 3/4" track with 7 tooth drivers. It's tight but it fits. That track was available on the old Rmks from like 98 to 2000 or so.

I do have a 136 X 1.25 challenger track for sale $100 plus shipping. It has 5 lugs that are chipped or partially missing. Drive lugs are good. Clipped every 3rd window so a anti-ratchet driver will not work.

Get the 1.75" Polaris track in a 2.52 pitch, the kid won't be getting any smaller it just flat out works well on that sled.
