HELP MTNTK tunning wont install

I just finished my turbo install on my sled today, and everything went smooth and good until I went to install the tunning. The bullydog will turn on and read everything but when I go to install the new tune it freezes. I have everything hooked up correctly. Its plugged into the diagnostic port and I am using a 12v battery for power. I have checked the battery and it has 12.7v What am I doing wrong??

It appears that I don't have the new file?? The only file I can choose from on the bully dog is the stock file.

Mtntk must not have copied the file to the memory card then. Need to send them an email and they'll provide the tune for the turbo. I haven't checked mine yet but saw that in the directions.
