Custom 858 Turbo

I've been working on my custom turbo kit for a few months now, starting to see the finish line. It's a hybrid Silber/Turbo Performance/Vipec kit that I'm basically making up as I go along. It's getting bolted onto my RKTek 858 big bore. Here's a couple pics to get started:

Custom fuel system with CPC 1-1 fuel regulator, braided stainless lines, and machined fittings to adapt to the factory rail.





I've also mounted my new filter setup, with quick disconnects for easy servicing. Still have to finish the hose that connects to the tank fitting.



I picked up some 3" silicone and piping from FrozenBoost, and made a cold air intake. It will be several inches shorter than seen here, tucked down closer to the hood.



It's been a fun/frustrating process, and I'm giving major props to Bryce at Turbo Performance, and he's been my guide through this whole mess.

Turbo performance intake and filter. They make them with a 3" aluminum pipe connector. Off the turbo I have a 30 degree coupler, then a 4" long piece of pipe, then a 90 degree couple pointing up. FYI, I totally removed my factory airbox (because I smashed it in a rollover).
