I saw a guy on here make one out of a Peterbilt mud flap. It just so happens his name was Peter!
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the lawn and garden power equipment specialists at Troybilt offer?
None of that really helps; sorry I couldn't resist.

I recall seeing someone on here not too long ago offering custom print flaps.

I'm with WyoBoy on this one, leave it off. No more having to dig around it when your stuck and the coolers get plenty of snow for cooling anyway. I was going to get one of the greatlakes mudflaps until I had my first stuck without the thing on there. Made it a whole lot easier to dig myself out.

X3 with Wyo and mtn. Mine broke off in December and I am just leaving it off. Easier to dig out and my coolers are getting enough snow.

only reason i am wanting a new one to put back on is that i do a lot of trail riding, probably 50% trail 50% off trail. so cooling may be a problem. i do have ice scratchers though.

Doesn't a no flap machine make it hard for the guys riding behind you?

If your on a sled running a PC it doesn't matter, Before I took mine off I watched other sleds and 90% of the snow that was getting thrown was going under the huge 09+ slyle flap, so there is about 10% more snow.

better to have a snowflap there will be a day that cooling will be lacking and you will heat up your sled and you will be sorry flaps are key to cooling like it or not safe is always better then sorry when my m8 broke hers i bought a great lakes snowflap

3yrs without one! My sled has flashed temp only once. I had a gas can strapped on top of my cooler and ridding up hill for 4 mi. On ice. Going 30-45 mph. The scratchers were barely throwing any ice up. I have rode conditions like that without gas can and not had problems. I do get a lot of crap from people behind me but they gave me crap before I lost the flap too.

I haven't had more than the first bit of flap in 5 years.

2.5 years, 3000+ miles were without one altogether.
