I am getting a new exhaust and silencer for my build... What is everyones opinion on the pipe.... The Gnarly is good enough? Pro circuit? Or is a specialty type pipe worth the money like a CPI or Shearer for a snowbike application? It seems like the expansion chamber is double the price of mainstream ones... and the peak power is around 7 grand on the customs..

You can also get the FMF Fatty again for the 500. I have both the Ganrly and the Fatty. I seem to be using the Fatty more than the Gnarly.

Also get some Millar VF2 reeds. They are no longer available from VF. I like the VF2 much more than the RAD and the stockers.

We will see if it was a good decision. ... it sounds like he is doing two snowbike engines currently... both from here in Utah...

bridge out of the middle eh? wonder if he tapers the top of the piston a smidge so it doesnt scuff.

looks like big gains to be had w a custom. doing one for my kx now. they need a pipe, not a 'tube' as a smart guy told me awhile ago.

He said he can give the information to send to a pipe builder so one can be made to match the port.... Might be running out of money for this on this go around though...

The bridge removed is nothing new. Millar has done tons of hillclimbers and kart motors over the years. Im pretty sure the port just gets relieved the same as a stocker. Ill ask him.
