Do you have a compression gauge?

Could be clutching.





Could be, but it doesn't sound like, the big plastic gear in the right side footwell that turns the track could be going out. Although, that probably isn't it at all. When it goes, it all goes at once.

Judging by your location you are geared too high for your elevation.
We spent three years tug starting, reclutched, removed governor.

Still tugged.
Geared down and away she ripped.
